The brake maintenance device S16 RoTWIN is the latest ROMESS generation equipped with our new internationally patented double piston pump with twice-as-high the flow pressure to achieve the flow rate necessary for a complete flush of the hydraulic systems and thus ensures the functional reliability of the brake and anti-lock-systems.
Structure and function
Due to this new technology the brake fluid exchange is performed even faster saving time and money as a one-man job.
It comes with an integrated 17 liter tank which holds the contents of more than three 5 liter containers brake fluid. The stable steel construction upon two rubber and one castor wheel make the device easy to handle and maneuver in tight spaces.
The pressure is infinitely adjustable from 0 to 3.5 bar. The brake fluid is drawn from the tank by a fuel gauge equipped with a fine filter to protect the double piston pump from contamination. The filler neck is also equipped with a screen to hold back foreign particles like e.g. original seal rings.
